Unban

Is there any way you could unban dmitopro, he is my friend and he was banned for advertising a game, but his brother was on the computer messsing with him trying to get banned by hitting people and saying those things in the chat, and dmitopro really likes this server and really wishes he could go back to it, and i would really apreciate it, cause me and him used to play this game together all the time, now its been almost a year since he’s been banned and we would really love to play again.
