Stolen house

So, me and my friend once buit a house near kami’s. It was actually the first one of the flying ones that now surrounds spawn. I wasn’t playing for a while, i mean, months, and now when i came back i spawned in my own house and when i tried to interact with anything it said, that I don’t have TheTreeInferno’s permission. How is this possible, that tree just claimed my home, while it was claimed by me? I was not on the server for quite a while, but come on! I put much effort building this, and i would like it back. I can post a picture of it if possible i guess.

It’s because you didn’t come online for months. Your claims automatically gets deleted if you are inactive.

Ok, but then why is this my only claim that got deleted?

And there are tones of abandoned chests and claims all over the map, that are not deleted, or not able to be opened for, i suppose, years.

Because chests are locked with LCW, and those people did not abandon them they join for one second or so and their claims get renewed.
