Ssj4 and golden form

I wanted to know why ssj4 drains so much when way back it drained less then ssj3. As we know ssj3 drain’s a lot of ki as goku already said in the show. But ssj4 drains even more but ssj4 is supposed to drain less as it says here “Unlike the Super Saiyan 3’s strain due to the utilization in ki, this form does not require as much energy to maintain as Super Saiyan 3, allowing the user to stay in the state at a much longer duration. Now I know GT is not cannon but jin put it in so….what can you do. Next thing I would like to know is golden stronger then ssj4? Now people say yes golden is stronger then ssj4 and it drains less then ssj4. If this is true….why does ssj4 drain more if golden is stronger? I thought it would be the other way around.

I think it is not about the anime but the balance of races.

I guess that would make seance but at the same time when I was a saiyan I felt weaker then when I was an arco.

There must be a reason why they nerfed the ssj4 drain

SSJ4 drain is actually less than it was, so I don’t really understand what’s the problem. All forms drain got lessened, so everything actually drains less stammina than before
