First time login spawn room

To make it easier on our staff members having to help out a lot of new players when they first start on the server (A lot of them don’t even think to talk to Yore (I think that’s his name)), I would suggest a rules room. I think this has been discussed before but nothing came of it. It would essentially force new players into this room where they cannot leave until they have read the rules and some starting tips, although I’m not entirely sure how this would work. Maybe have a tp sign in the corner of the room that tps them to the actual spawn.
